Lloyd NELSON's Story
Some ask me, “What are doing”? Well, I’m still employed with US Government (USDA) as Budget Analyst and also retired from the Navy. Part of my exercise routine is on a mountain bike ( about 5 ½ miles depending on the weather). I’m always working on landscaping my yard. I enjoying grilling and cooking in the kitchen too) and studied/worked to be a chef. I love music and was a DJ in the past and still collecting/listing to music. From my collections I made a CD for Don Spitz (Class of 1965. he is very religious now,). A few years ago, I made him a CD from the songs from the bands of the Puget Sound Area during our high school days. I travel to Northern Wisconsin and Northern Michigan including the UP for mini vacations in the summer including visiting the kids (all live in Michigan is a plus) on the Indian. I'm a avid Green Bay Packer fan living in Michigan (not Lions fan).
Yes, I did go to college beyond Oak Harbor High (University of Hawaii, Jefferson Davis College, Gogebic Community College, Michigan Technological University, Grand Valley State University and Northern Michigan University. from a Oak Harbor High School diploma to degrees in computer science and accounting.
